The Rancho Holiday Market will be on Lees in the Cliff May Homes neighborhood of Long Beach. Lees is near Spring & Studebaker. The general area is bordered by Spring, Studebaker, Stevely, and Wardlow.

Local residents will be selling their art, handmade goods, ceramics, professional-grade vintage goods (no garage sale items), clothing/fashion, and more!

This is a Holiday Market for Holiday shopping.

We encourage you to walk or ride your bike.

Parking is usually plentiful throughout the Ranchos.

VENDOR/ SELLER RULES

Your Space: Each approved, registered vendor/seller receives a pre-assigned 10x10 space. You can bring your own tent or preferred setup, or rent one from Team Thompson Rentals. Assigned spaces are not moveable or changeable.

First-timer? If this is your first market or you'd like some guidance on setup, please don't hesitate to reach out to Tiffany W. – we're here to help!

Day-of Timeline:

  • Setup begins: 7:00am for odd numbered spaces and 8:30am for even numbers.

  • Market opens: 10:00am (be ready!). The street will be closed. Any late-arriving vendor will have to hand-cart their goods in.

  • Breakdown: 4:00pm. NO load-outs before 4pm.

What to prepare ahead of time:

  • Point of sale system (Venmo, Square, cash, etc.)

  • Business Cards

  • Your plan for your set-up

  • A small trash bin for your customers to use
