November 2026 Holiday Market Registration

If you live in the Cliff May Rancho neighborhood and are interested in applying to be a SELLER in the Holiday Market, please sign up here asap and no later than Nov. 1st.. Vendor spaces are FREE to verified Rancho residents.

Friends & Family program: if you have a friend or family residing in the Ranchos and are interested in having a SELLER space, please apply and state the Rancho resident’s address on the Application. Due to space limitations, acceptance is NOT guaranteed. If you are accepted as a seller, the pre-paid space fee is $50.

Outside Vendor program: Outside sellers are welcome to apply, but space is limited and acceptance is NOT guaranteed. If you are accepted as a seller, the pre-paid space fee is $100.

Vendor/Seller instructions, Rules, and Regulations will be posted on this site. Please check back.. Accepted Vendors/Sellers names will also be posted on this site.

Note: once Vendor spaces are assigned (after the Application period closes on Nov. 1.), space assignments are NOT changeable.

We are an all-volunteer organization and as such, will rely on our Sellers/Vendors to partner with us to make this event a huge success again! This means adhering to the posted rules, promoting the event, and being prepared for the big day.

Vendor fees for the friends/family seller program and outside vendors must be paid within 10 days of acceptance, or your space assignment will be cancelled.
